Our customer support representatives are knowledgeable and sincerely concerned with your inquiries before, during and after your purchase. Shipping

Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed by 3pm ET, Monday-Friday ship same day
  • We ship packages via UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • We ship to US and international addresses
  • You may select your shipping carrier and speed during checkout
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and destination

Delivery Time


Orders placed Monday-Friday by 3pm ET, that include items listed as "In stock" will ship same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will ship the next business day or when the items are "In stock."

Please note that this time frame refers to how long it takes for an item to be packed and leave our shipping center. This time frame does not refer to how long an item will take to arrive at its final destination.

In order to calculate when your order may arrive at its destination just add the shipping time with your selected shipping method's estimated delivery time to determine the approximate number of days that your order will take to arrive.

Shipping Charges


The shipping and handling fee is determined by the package's weight and destination. During checkout, you can select from a list of shipping options displayed with the calculated shipping and handling fee.

Backordered Items


If some of the items in your order are in stock, but others are on backorder, we will wait to ship your order until those backordered items arrive in stock. Products on backorder may display a date when they are expected to arrive in stock. These dates are estimates and not guarantees.

Preferred Shipping Carriers


We ship via the carrier you choose for shipping during checkout. However, from time to time we may substitute shipping carriers and services of equal or greater shipping speed. UPS and FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box.

Signature Required for Delivery


All packages require a signature upon delivery. You must sign for your package. If all delivery attempts fail because no one has signed for the package(s) at the shipping address you provided and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order subtotal and any sales tax that was applied, but we will not refund shipping and handling costs.

Proper Addressing


It is extremely important to type your address correctly, and verify it on the confirmation screen before placing your order. We are not responsible for address errors. If a package is undeliverable due to address errors and is returned to us, we will refund your order subtotal and any sales tax that was applied, but we will not refund shipping and handling charges.

International Delivery


We ship internationally. Be sure to enter your non-U.S. address into the fields carefully, using proper international address formatting, to avoid shipping delays or problems. If you have us ship your order to an address outside of the United States, you agree to pay any import taxes that may be assessed by your local government. ScriptBuddy LLC will not be responsible for any import taxes.


Returns & Exchanges

Canceling an Order


If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. We ship very quickly, so please inform us of your desire to cancel your order as soon as possible to avoid shipping charges. If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under our return or exchange policy below.

Return Policy


An item may be returned in its original condition (new books; unopened CDs, DVDs, and software) for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling costs, within 30 days from the ship date on the packing slip.

To return an item, you must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and return instructions. This RMA# is required in order to process your return and issue a refund. We cannot accept returns without an RMA#.

Once you receive your RMA# and instructions, pack the item(s) carefully, include your RMA# on a piece of paper with your return, and ship the package to us using the carrier and shipping service of your choice. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to us and making sure they arrive, so it's a good idea to use shipping insurance.

Exchange Policy


We only offer same product exchanges through our Replacement Policy, in the event that you receive an item and it is damaged or defective. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you will need to submit a return for the one item and purchase the other item by placing a new order.

Replacement Policy


We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise and will gladly exchange any item that is found to be defective. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, either due to damage during shipping or for any other reason, we will exchange the item at no extra charge. Please contact our customer service department for further instructions and to arrange for your exchange.

During an exchange, we require that you first ship the item(s) back to us using the carrier and shipping service of your choice. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to us and making sure they arrive, so it's a good idea to use shipping insurance. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund your original order shipping and handling total—this should help cover your return shipping cost. Finally, once the return is processed, we will complete the exchange by shipping the new item(s) to you at no additional charge.
